Uses: This product is mainly used for grinding and polishing the thin parts of silicon, tantalum, quartz crystal, glass, ceramic, sapphire and other hard and brittle materials.
Features: This product rotates through the upper and lower plates, so that the workpiece can be rotated and rotated in the planetary motion between the two. By continuously dropping the abrasive, the two end faces of the workpiece are simultaneously polished. The frictional resistance is small, the force is uniform, the grinding precision and stability are good. Since the grinding disc of the product is a consumable item, it needs to be replaced regularly. Therefore, the beam is designed as a rotatable mechanism during design, which overcomes the problem that the grinding disc needs to be disassembled and removed. This product loops the upper and lower gas paths of the main cylinder, and uses the gas provided by the gas source reasonably, without causing any waste. The pneumatic circuit design also implements a central pressurization process through a proportional valve. It realizes the dual-purpose function of this type of machine, which can be polished or polished.
